Boru Bloodhounds

Ború Bloodhounds is a dedicated, Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) registered breeding program located in Alberta, Canada, focused on producing healthy, sound-tempered Bloodhound puppies that demonstrate the breed’s remarkable scent-tracking abilities, even temperament, and loyal companionship. At Ború, breeding is approached thoughtfully and responsibly with a deep respect for both the breed’s heritage and the long-term well-being of every dog produced. Bloodhounds are known for their incredible olfactory talents, steady disposition, and gentle nature — traits that are carefully preserved through selective pairings, appropriate health oversight, and intentional socialization from the earliest stages of development. Puppies are raised in a family environment where early exposure to everyday life and positive handling experiences help build confidence, adaptability, and strong human bonds. Ború prioritizes raising puppies that are not only structurally sound but also emotionally balanced and ready to thrive in their future homes — whether as beloved companions, scent work prospects, or performance partners.
