Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of pawrewards.com and the PAW Privileges mobile apps (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must be 13 or older and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, reviews, profile text). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it within the Service. You must have the rights to anything you upload, and you must not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Paid features

PAWS Magazine subscriptions and partner plans are billed through PayPal on the web. All prices are in CAD unless noted. Subscriptions renew on the stated cadence and can be cancelled from your dashboard. Digital goods and partnership fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Physical magazine shipments are refundable within 14 days of delivery if unused.

Rewards (Paw Points)

Paw Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire on inactive accounts after 12 months. We may adjust point values or available rewards at any time.

Partner listings

Partners are independent businesses. We are not responsible for goods or services offered by partners. Disputes regarding partner offers should be raised with the partner directly; we'll help mediate where possible.

Prohibited use

• Scraping, automated access, or reverse-engineering.
• Impersonation, fraud, or misleading reviews.
• Uploading malware or interfering with the Service.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Venue: courts of British Columbia.
