PAW Privileges ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using pawrewards.com or our mobile apps (the "Service"), you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, account type (pet parent, breeder, partner), language preference.
- Profile data you provide: dog details, kennel name, business details, photos, location (city/province).
- Usage data: pages visited, partner profiles viewed, offers redeemed, device/browser type, IP address.
- Payment data: processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
How we use it
- Provide and improve the Service (accounts, listings, rewards).
- Display partner offers and award Paw Points based on your activity.
- Send transactional emails (account, receipts, reminders) and, with your consent, newsletters.
- Detect abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare), PayPal for payments, and analytics (Statcounter) in aggregated form. We disclose information when required by law.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from your dashboard at any time (Settings → Delete account), or by emailing privacy@pawrewards.com. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, listings, reviews, and rewards.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Deleted accounts are removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records).
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
