Complaint Process

Trust is the foundation of this community. If something falls short of our Code of Ethics, we want to hear about it — and we promise a fair, transparent review.

    Submit your concern

    Email us with as much detail as possible — names, dates, photos, communications. Confidentiality is respected at every step.

  2. 02

    Acknowledgement within 3 business days

    We confirm receipt and assign a member of the Paw Privileges team to review your case.

  3. 03

    Investigation

    We gather context from all parties involved, review program records, and consult with relevant experts where needed.

  4. 04

    Resolution

    Outcomes range from coaching and corrective action to suspension or permanent removal from the program. You will receive a written summary of the decision.

  5. 05

    Appeal

    Either party may request a single review by an independent panel within 30 days of the decision.
