About Pier 4 Park
Pier 4 Park offers harbourfront walking paths near Leander Drive. Leashed dogs may use permitted park paths, not the beach. As of October 2026, the tugboat play structure is closed, while the rest of the park remains open; the City also posts a blue-green-algae warning for the beach.
