About Jacques-Cartier Beach Park
Parc de la Plage-Jacques-Cartier offers wooded walks along the St. Lawrence River in Québec. Dogs must stay on leash, and swimming is prohibited. The Chemin du Pavillon entrance closes in winter, when access is through Cap-Rouge.
